09: 00-11.00 Early check-in, breakfast (all menu developed by a nutritionist specifically for this tour) and settling to the rooms;

11.00-13.00 Acquaintance of participants with the trainer and with each other, and the first stretching training.

All training is conducted by coach Kalandzhiy Denis - a certified fitness trainer, Candidate for Master of Sports and silver medalist of the International Wrestling Championship.

Stretching - a special type of fitness aimed at slow, systematic stretching of ligaments and muscles of the arms, back, legs. It works effectively to maintain their elasticity and flexibility. And stretching allows you to quickly regain shape to flabby muscles that have not worked for a long time - this is a great way to get the body in good shape and prepare it for further sports activities.

Tai Bo is a popular fitness field in the modern world, combining aerobics and martial arts elements such as karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai, etc. Extremely effective training to tone muscles, improve body balance, coordinate and learn combat elements.

The hotel hosts a daily animation program for adults and children, which includes both mobile competitions and screenings of themed films and cartoons.
